摘要
医学大数据具有数据量庞大、结构复杂、分析难度大等特点,包括临床数据、多种组学数据、环境暴露、日常生活习惯、地理位置信息、社交媒体及其他多种与个体健康和疾病状态相关的数据维度。医学大数据的重要应用方向包括群体层面的疾病预防及诊疗体系的评价、特定疾病的机制阐释,逐步完善精准医学知识体系、构建具有自主学习能力的临床决策支持系统等。
Medical big data,characterized by the vast volume,complex structure and difficulty in analysis,includes clinical data,omics data,environment exposure,life-style,geospatial data,social media and behavioral data and other types of data with chnical significance.The important applications of these big data sets are disease prevention and treatment on population level,interpretation of specific disease mechanisms,gradually improve the precision medial of knowledge system,construction of clinical decision support system with autonomous learning ability,etc.
