摘要
目的探讨静脉使用蔗糖铁联合口服富马酸亚铁治疗缺铁性贫血的疗效及安全性。方法整群选取于2008年7月—2014年7月在该院接受治疗的缺铁性贫血患者共76例,随机分为观察组和对照组。给予对照组口服富马酸亚铁进行治疗。在对照组的基础上,给予观察组静脉滴注蔗糖铁进行治疗。观察治疗效果。结果观察组显效率为44.7%,总有效率为92.1%,均高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用静脉滴注蔗糖铁联合富马酸亚铁治疗缺铁性贫血具有良好的临床效果,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the curative effect and security of intravenous infusion of sucrose iron combined with oral ferrous fumarate in treatment of iron-deficiency anemia. Methods 76 cases of patients with iron-deficiency anemia treated in our hospital from July 2008 to July 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with oral ferrous fumarate, the observation group were treated with intravenous infusion of sucrose iron on the basis of the control group, the treatment effect of the two groups was observed. Results The marked effective rate and total effective rate were respectively 44.7% and 92.1% in the observation group, which were higher than those in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant by comparison,（P0.05）. Conclusion Intravenous infusion of sucrose iron combined with oral ferrous fumarate in treatment of iron-deficiency anemia has a good clinical effect, which is worth promoting.
