摘要
目的:探讨开放式可视化教学在新生儿重症监护室(NICU)本科护理实习教学中的应用效果。方法:随机将NICU实习护生分为实验组(采用开放式可视化教学法)和对照组(采用传统教学法),通过整体护理综合考核、专业理论考试和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果:实验组学生整体护理综合考试总分、专业理论考试成绩、整体评判性思维能力和自我效能感明显优于对照组。结论:开放式可视化教学有助于提高临床护理实习教学效果。
Objective： to find out the effectiveness of using open and visible teaching methods in the teaching of clinical nursing. Methods： a randomized controlled trial was conducted. Tests and questionnaires were conducted. Results： The experimental group did better in test. They also had better critical thinking skills. Conclusions： Open and visible teaching method can improve learning outcome of clinical nursing.
