摘要
通过分析现有10kV"带电T接引线"使用绝缘穿刺线夹作业方法存在的问题:使用绝缘斗臂车受地形条件和作业空间的限制,搭建绝缘平台,工作费力、费时、劳动强度大,作业人员与带电体直接接触,触电风险加大,线夹和导线间的防水问题没有得到有效解决,降低线路的安全运维水平。结合实际工作需求提出了改进方法,设计一种新型间接带电作业用绝缘穿刺线夹。文章阐明了设计方案的关键技术,针对实际情况确定了设计方案及应用范围,最后进行了安全效益、经济效益和社会效益的分析。
Through the analysis of the existing problems of the existing 10kV charged T wire using insulated puncture wire clamp operation method: using insulated bucket arm vehicle is limited by the terrain conditions and work space, building insulation platform work is strenuous, time-consuming and labor-intensive, operating personnel contacting charged body directly increases the risk of electric shock, the waterproof problem between wire clamp and wire has not been solved effectively, line safe operation level is reduced. Combined with the actual work requirements, the improved method is put forward, and a new type of insulated puncture wire clamp for indirect live line work is designed. In this paper, the key technology of the design scheme is expounded, and the design scheme and application range are determined, according to the actual conditions. Finally, the safety benefit, economic benefit and social benefit are analyzed.
