摘要 提出了一种气相色谱-质谱联用法测定塑料中双酚A含量的方法。双酚A经甲醇超声萃取后,与乙酸酐发生衍生化反应,衍生化产物经液液萃取至正己烷中,经HP-5MS石英毛细管柱分离后,采用SIM离子监控模式进行质谱分析,定性离子为213,228,270;定量离子为213,方法测定下限为0.1mg/kg。采用空白加标的方法进行测试,双酚A回收率在90.0%-100.4%之间,相对标准偏差在1.85-4.98%之间(n=6),方法可靠。 The bisphenol A was extracted by methyl alcohol and reacted with acetic oxide,the derivative products was dissolved in n-hexane by liquid-liquid extraction.HP-5MS capillary column was used for GC separation and selected ion monitoring mode was adopted for MS determination,The qualitative ions were 213,228 and 270,the quantitative ion was 213,the determination limit was 0.1mg/kg.The spiking blanks experiments showed that the value of recovery was 90.0%-100.4%and RSD was 1.85%-4.98%(n=6).The method was reliable.
