摘要
利用混沌映射改进模糊神经网络各层参数,通过改进的模糊神经网络算法优化注塑机温控系统的PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation)比例积分微分反馈参数,混沌算法解决注塑机由于工艺型号等的不同而产生的控制差异性,模糊神经网络算法解决传统PID控制的不足之处。搭建了MATLAB矩阵实验室(Matrix Laboratory)仿真平台,通过对比实验验证了算法的优越性,减小了系统的超调量和控制时间,使注塑机的控制效果明显得到改善。
By using chaotic map to improve parameters of fuzzy-neural network and the improved fuzzy- neural network algorithm to optimize the PID feedback parameters of temperature control system in injection molding machine, chaos algorithm solved the control differences due to the different process models of injection molding machine, and fuzzy neural network algorithm solved the shortcomings of traditional PID control. Additionally, matrix laboratory simulation platform was built. And by comparative experiments to verify the superiority of algorithm, the overshoot and control time are reduced, so the control effect of injection molding machine is significantly improved.
