摘要
毒蛇咬伤后的一个严重并发症是蛇伤导致的局部组织坏死,其发生率之高,临床处理棘手,伤口往往形成经久不愈的溃疡,造成许多患者肢体残障。其原因主要为蛇毒毒素对局部的作用及伤口处理不当所致。蛇伤溃疡不仅是国内外蛇伤防治领域的研究焦点,也是多年来临床外科的难点。本文就近年来中西医治疗本症的情况综述如下。
Local tissue necrosis caused by snake bite is a serious complication after a venomous snake bite. It is a difficult problem to treat ulcer defect in clinical field, and has a high incidence. The wound often form ulcer which is prolonged unhealed, and many patients also formed limb disability. The reason is that the local effects of snake venom toxin and the improper treatment of the wound. Snake bite ulcers is a research hotspot in the field of snake bite both here and abroad, and it is also a research subject in clinical surgery for many years. In this paper, the advances of the Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of the disease in recent years were summarized as follows.
