摘要
"教学工厂"实训教学模式是一种新型教学模式,它能高质量地完成高职院校人才培养与企业所需人才的对接。通过分析高职院校校内实训教学运行模式现状,提出基于"教学工厂"理念的实训教学模式建设要从校企合作入手,对实训教学模式的指导思想、实训基地的建设、教学标准的制订、教材编写以及管理和评价制度等几方面进行整合,以最大限度地发挥教学工厂功能性作用,实现校企双赢,实现可持续发展。
＂ Teaching Factory＂ training is a new teaching mode,which can complete the docking between vocational colleges talents training and the need for enterprises with a high quality.By analyzing the status of school practical teaching mode in higher vocational colleges,the author proposed that training teaching mode based on the ＂ teaching factory＂ concept should be started construction from school-enterprise cooperation,integrating the teaching guidelines of training mode,the construction of training base,teaching standardsetting,compilation of teaching materials,as well as management and evaluation systems,which can make schools and enterprises to achieve win-win situation,to maximize teaching factory functional role in achieving sustainable development.
