摘要
以提高重型采煤机齿轨轮的使用寿命为研究目标,通过分析现有齿轨轮齿形曲线与销齿齿形的匹配,提出了齿形优化设计方案。利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,分别建立了优化前后两种齿轨轮与同一销排以不同中心距啮合的仿真模型。仿真结果表明:优化后齿轨轮的啮合特性优于现有齿轨轮。
