摘要
阐述了齿轨列车的一种驱动装置结构,可以同时满足齿轨路段和黏着路段不同的车速要求。在长期运营过程中,针对车轮踏面出现的磨耗,提出了一种可以完成齿轮垂向调整的偏心结构,保证车辆驱动牵引装置在齿轨路段和黏着路段的稳定性和可靠性。本结构的设计过程中,各个轴之间使用的轴承、齿轮参数、偏心轮高度调整参数等都按照实际需要进行了选型及校核,确保了设计的产品具有足够的工程应用性。
This paper describes a driving device structure of rack car,which can meet the different speed requirements of gear rail section and adhesive section.In the long-term operation process,aiming at the wear of wheel tread,an eccentric structure which can complete the vertical adjustment of gear is proposed to ensure the stability and reliability of vehicle driving traction device in the gear rail section and adhesive section.In the design process of this structure,the bearings,gear parameters,and eccentric wheel height adjustment parameters used between each shaft were selected and verified according to actual needs,ensuring that the designed product has sufficient engineering applicability.
