摘要 目的分析非公立医院护士流动因素,探讨新形势下如何保障护士队伍的稳定性,减少护士流失。方法调查本院2012年1月~2014年12月每年护理人员辞职总人数,分析辞职人员学历、职称、辞职个人原因与管理因素并提出改革方案。结果通过重大改革措施,完善福利待遇与人性化管理,增加医院软硬实力,提高医院竞争力,本院护士流失率逐年呈下降趋势。结论提高待遇,提供公平、体现优劳多得的分配制度,完善各项福利,争取政策倾斜,发展医疗护理技术水平,创造良好人文氛围,增强医院整体竞争能力是非公立医院吸引人才、留住人才的重要措施。 Objective To analyze factors of mobility of nurses in non-public hospitals and explore methods to keep stability of nurses to reduce nurse demission. Methods Total number of resigned nurses in every year in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 was investigated. Educational background, professional title, personal reasons and management factors of resigned nurses were analyzed. Results Some major reform measures were taken to perfect welfare and human-based management, strengthen hard and soft power of hospital and improve hospital's competitiveness. Nurse demission of our hospital was decreased year by year. Conclusion It is important to enhance welfare, provide fair and excellence-to-more-gain distribution system, perfect welfare, strive for policy, develop medical nursing level, create humanistic atmosphere and improve overall competitive ability of hospital. They are important measures for non-public hospitals to attract talents and retain talents.
