高效2-丁烯回收提纯工艺设计及工艺对比

摘要 国内C4烯烃资源日渐丰富,然而其综合利用率增长速率却不够理想,尤其是2-丁烯组分。为此,设计并提出了一种高效的2-丁烯提浓工艺,利用ProⅡ流程模拟软件对其进行模拟与优化,得到了最优的操作参数。采用经济分析方法将高效的2-丁烯提浓工艺与主流的NMF/MEK萃取提浓2-丁烯工艺进行了对比,结果表明:在相同的处理规模和产品指标下,两种工艺投资接近,但高效的2-丁烯提浓工艺可节约操作费用300万元/年,且具有更稳定的运行周期和更宽的产品调节范围,是一种值得推广的优良工艺。 Although the resource of C_4 olefins is becoming increasingly abundant,the growth rate of its comprehensive utilization is not yet satisfactory,especially for the components of 2-butylene. A high-efficiency process of concentrating 2-butylene is designed. The process simulation is performed with Pro Ⅱ simulation software and the optimum operating parameters are obtained. As compared with conventional extractive distillation of 2-butylene with NFF and MEK on the same basis of feedstock capacity and product specifications,the investment of the two processes is very close. The annual saving of operating costs of high-efficiency process of concentrating 2-butylene is about 3 million Yuan( RMB). In addition,the production is more stable and the product flexibility is wider. It is a good process for application in commercial process units.
