摘要
在我装置甲乙酮生产过程中仲丁醇气相脱氢生成甲乙酮,是甲乙酮装置生产过程中最核心的操作之一,其仲丁醇脱氢反应器R-2201被誉为MEK合成岗位的"心脏",精制的SBA转化为粗MEK的过程都在仲丁醇脱氢反应器R-2201内进行,因此R-2201内部的各种因素都会影响MEK转化的效率。文章通过对这些影响因素的逐个分析,提出一些相应的措施和办法来提高MEK转化的效率。
In my device in the production process of methyl ethyl ketone gas phase dehydrogenation of sec-butyl alcohol to methyl ethyl ketone,methyl ethyl ketone unit production process is the core of the operation,the 2-butanol dehydrogenation reactor R-2201known as MEK synthesis post "heart",refined SBA into coarse MEK process in 2-butanol dehydrogenation reactor R-2201,so R-2201internal factors that will affect the MEK conversion efficiency,the paper by analyzing the various factors influencing the case-by-case analysis,put forward some corresponding measures and approaches to enhance the efficiency of MEK transformation.
