摘要
开放大学是广播电视大学转型升级后,面向社会大众提供终身学习机会的一种新型大学模式。针对现代远程开放教育战略转型引发的管理变化,论述班主任的角色定位、作用、职责和方法,并从"三笑五心"服务观、"四化同步"工作法、"三环共促"提升台、"四管齐下"规制框等方面,提出开放教育班主任队伍的强化策略。
After transformation and upgrading Radio and TV Universities have become new-style open Universities which provide lifelong opportunities of studying to all the people.This paper discusses the position,the importance,the responsibilities and the methods of management of headteachers under the management changes arising from the strategic transformation of modern open distance education,and puts forward some strengthening strategies on management of headteachers from such aspects as service notions,working methods,developing platform and regulating frame.
