摘要
为研究平衡式复合齿轮泵的内部流场变化,通过计算机仿真对其进行了三维可视化分析.利用计算流体动力学软件Fluent的动网格技术对复合齿轮泵的三维简化模型进行了流场仿真.得出了复合齿轮泵启动阶段及稳定阶段瞬态压力场、速度场分布情况,并分别对复合齿轮泵内部形成的内齿轮泵和外齿轮泵困油区进行了重点观测,得出了困油区压力随时间的变化曲线.
In order to research the flow field variation in the balanced type multi-gear pump, this paper did a 3D visualized analysis by computer simulation on it. Via dynamic mesh technique of FLUENT, a computational fluid dynamics software, this study simulated the flow field in the simplified 3D model of multi-gear pump, and acquired the transient pressure field and velocity field of the pump at the start phase and stabilization stage. Then the two trapping side of the pump were intensively observed and the curve of the trapping side changing with time was obtained.
