摘要
在简介了传统的双齿轮泵流量波动大、结构受力对称性差、易产生泄露和磨损等不足基础上,指出研发齿轮泵新型泵体结构的必要性。简要分析了平衡式多齿轮泵、多联齿轮泵、平衡式复合泵的基本原理和结构特征,分析了各自的排量、流量、传动件受力情况等动态特性,提出了改善齿轮泵受力状况、减少磨损、降低泄露、减少流量波动的途径。指出高压化、低流量脉动、低噪声、大排量、变排量、集成化是齿轮泵的发展方向。
The weakness of conventional double gear pump,including large flows fluctuations,asymmetric structure,the leakage and wear problems etc.,have been introduced in the text.The necessity of new structure for gear pump has been pointed out.The basic principle and structural characteristics of balanced gear pump,multiple gear pumps,and balanced compound pump have been analyzed.The dynamic characteristics of displacement,flow,driving part stress condition have been analyzed,and the way to improve above situation has been put forward.It is pointed out that the characteristics including high pressure,low flow pulsation,low noise,large discharge capacity,discharge and integration are the development direction of gear pump.
