摘要
用电石渣替代生石灰生产蒸压粉煤灰加气混凝土,可以减少生石灰生产时的能量消耗和二氧化碳排放,降低蒸压硅酸盐制品的生产能耗和生产成本。为此从电石渣替代生石灰10%,20%,30%,40%,50%几个水平进行试验,制品性能均能满足现行产品国家标准要求;最大替代率为40%。对于提高资源和能源利用效率、保护和改善环境、促进社会节约能源和经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义。
Use carbide slag instead of lime production autoclaved fly ash aerated concrete, can reduce the energyconsumption and CO2 emissions when lime production, reduce production energy consumption and autoclaved sili?cate products, the production cost. This article tests the several levels of carbide slag replacing quicklime from10 %, 20 %, 30 %, 40 % to 50%, products performance can meet the requirements of current national standard.The largest replacement rate is 40%. It has a great significance to improve the efficiency of resources and energyutilization, protection and improvement of the environment, promote the society to save energy and sustainable economic and social development.
