摘要
提出了一种用于真空灭弧室的新型触头结构,针对两种曲面触头进行了试验研究。试验结果表明曲面触头与平板触头相比,电弧电压相对较低,电弧电压噪声显著减少,电压噪声的产生与等离子体的损失有直接关系。曲面触头在电弧稳定燃烧和扩散阶段,等离子体和液滴在弧隙内被触头表面吸收,向弧隙外扩散较少,有效地提高了真空灭弧室的使用寿命。
This paper proposed a new contact structure for vacuum interrupter. The sine ruled surface contact,sine revolution surface contact and butt contact were experimental studied in the condition of the 3mm opening gap.The vacuum arc performance and voltage characteristics of butt contact and curved surface contact were analyzed contrastively. The experimental results show that compared to butt contact,arc voltage and voltage noise of curved surface contact are relatively low. The losing of plasma is a main reason why voltage noise generated. In arc stability and diffusion stage,plasma and liquid droplets are mainly absorbed by surface contact,only a few spread to outer arc gap,for which the service life of the vacuum interrupter chamber is effectively improved.
