摘要
本文首先分析了应用型人才培养的基本内涵,接着从五个方面分析应用型本科人才培养过程中存在的问题及成因,然后从转变教育观念,准确定位,优化课程体系与改进教学方法,合理统筹理论教学与实践教学,建设高素质的师资队伍等方面提出应用型人才培养模式的机制构想,以提高经管类专业本科应用型人才的培养质量。
This paper analyzes the basic connotation of the Application of Talent, and analyzes the problems and causes exist in the process of application-oriented talents training, and from the changing concepts of education, accurate positioning, optimizing curriculum system and improve teaching methods, reasonable co-ordination theory and practical teaching, construction of high-quality teachers and other aspects of applicationoriented mechanisms in training model to improve the training quality of Economics and Management Bachelor of Applied Talents.
