摘要
目的探讨蒲元和胃胶囊治疗功能性消化不良的疗效和安全性。方法我院功能性消化不良患者71例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均常规给予抑酸护胃及多潘立酮促动力治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用蒲元和胃胶囊联合治疗,4周后比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组患者的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后未见明显不良反应。结论功能性消化不良患者联合使用蒲元和胃胶囊临床效果更加显著,且具有较高的安全性。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of puyuan hewei capsule in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 71 cases of functional dyspepsia patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Two groups were treated with protecting gastric acid suppression and prokinetic domperidone. Patients in the treatment group were treated with this therapy with the combination of the puyuan hewei capsule, 4 weeks after, compared two groups of patients with the treatment effect. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy in patients with functional dyspepsia in combination with puyuan hewei capsule was more significant and with higher security.
