摘要
目的:了解影响卫生管理本科专业课教学效果的因素。方法:通过对安徽医科大学卫生管理专业毕业生12人和卫生管理系所有专业课带教老师7人进行深入访谈,从学生、教师、考核方式和教学环境几个方面分析影响因素。结果:学生的学习态度、学生的专业认同感、教师课外与学生的沟通、教师的教学方式、考核方式、教学设施的实用性以及实践教学基地几个方面都会对教学效果产生影响。建议:前移学生接触专业的时间,鼓励老师进行教学方法的创新,增加考核方式的多样性,加强教学实践基地的建设。
Objective To learn the influence factors of teaching effect of professional courses for health management undergraduates.Methods Through interviewing 12 undergraduates of health management major and all of the teachers of health management department teaching professional courses,influence factors were analyzed from aspects of students,teachers,examination methods and teaching environment.Results The attitude of students,professional identity of students,communication between teachers and students after class,teaching methods,assessment methods,teaching-associated facilities and practical base would influence the teaching effect of professional courses.Conclusions We could bring forward the chances for students to learn professional courses and professional knowledge,encourage the teachers to innovate the teaching methods,increase diversified methods of assessment,and strengthen the construction of teaching practice base.
