摘要
通过对国内外和上海市部分三级医院对管理干部和管理人才培养现状的梳理,结合本院管理人员队伍存在的问题,分别针对现职干部培养和后备干部培养两方面提出对策,从而构建起一个较为完整的医院管理干部队伍培养体系。
The author analyzed the present situation of management cadres and personnel training at home and abroad, and parts of the third - level hospitals in Shanghai. Combing with the problems existing in the manage- ment of our hospital, the author put forward countermeasures aiming at problems exist in the training of in - service cadre and reserve cadre, in order to build a more integrated training system of hospital management staff.
