不耦合装药降低油母页岩尾矿率的爆破技术试验 被引量:4

摘要 为研究不耦合装药对油母页岩尾矿率的影响,以抚顺东露天矿为研究对象,通过理论分析,得到合理的不耦合装药方案.利用KUS模型进行模型建立、采用数值模拟软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对理论分析的结论进行模拟,得到炸药爆炸过程中产生的最大拉应力.数值模拟的结果表明:同时采用轴向(上、下部联合使用空气间隔)和径向完全不耦合装药,能够得到较好的爆破效果,并且避免根底的出现.为验证理论分析和数值模拟的合理性,在抚顺东露天矿进行了现场试验,试验结果表明:采用不耦合装药可以达到降低尾矿率的目的. For the research of uncouple charge effect on the rate of oil shale tailings,this paper took Fushun East open-pit mine as the research object,obtained the reasonable uncouple charge scheme through theoretical analysis, and established the model by using KUS mode. The numerical simulation software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the conclusion of theoretical analysis,and get the maximum tensile stress generated in the process of explosive. The results of numerical simulate show that at the same time using axial(upper, lower the combined use of air interval) and radial-completely decouple charge,a better blasting effect can be obtained which avoids the emergence of the foundation. For the rationality of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation validation,a field experiment was conducted in Fushun eastern surface mine,and the test results show that the non coupling charging can be reduced to the tailing rate. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the soft rock in decreasing open-pit mine tailings rate.
