摘要
本文研究了利用含稀土元素氧化物万分之四左右的干馏油母页岩渣煅烧高质量的水泥熟料。研究及生产应用结果表明,利用茂名合稀土的干饱油母页岩渣代粘土作煅烧水泥熟料的原料之一,可改善生料易烧性,有利于熟料矿物形成,提高水泥熟料的产量和质量,变废为宝。对稀土作用机理研究进一步证实,微量稀土元素存在可使熟料中阿利特含量增加;并影响铝酸盐矿物含量、铁相含量与A/F比值,特别是使中间相于1280℃至1380℃温度区间内的显著波动变化趋于平稳。
Using industrial waste-dry distillated oil shale containing rare earth in cement industry is studied. The experiment and industry application results show:Maoming oil shale waste contains a number of zinc.copper.barium. zirconium andrare earth. Using oil shale as a component of raw meal to replace the clay can improve the burnability of raw meal and speed up the mineral, especially ante formation of clinker,and the composition and amount of interstitial phases are changed.Rare earth is a efficacious minerlizer for the formation of clinker. it increases theoutput and quality of clinker under the proper thchnological and thermal conditIOns.
