摘要
研究了利用稀土尾矿代替粘土配料烧制水泥熟料,探讨了稀土尾矿对水泥熟料煅烧和性能的影响。研究结果表明,稀土尾矿配料有利于固相反应时的质点扩散和矿物的均匀分布,促进A矿的形成和生长,改善熟料的岩相结构;稀土尾矿中的高含砂量对熟料的烧成可能产生负面影响;全掺尾矿或半掺尾矿配料都能烧制出组成合适、性能优良的水泥熟料,但半掺稀土尾矿配料方案综合效果最佳。
Preparation of cement clinker by substitution of rare earth tailing (RET) for clay were investigated. The effect of adding RET on the sintering of cement clinker and it's performance was discussed. The results show that adding of RET in batch mixing will accelerate particle diffusion velocity and well-distributed of the minerals, it may also promote the formation and growth of Alite, and improve petrographic structure of clinker. Much amount of sand in RET may be harmful to sintering of clinker. Cement clinker which have a good composition and high performance could be manufactured by whole-substitution or semisubstitution of RET for clay, but comprehensive effect of batch mixing by semi-substitution of RET for clay is optimun.
