摘要
通过对铜陵学院589名大学生就业指导情况进行问卷调查,结果显示:学生认为就业形势严峻,就业信心不足;工作经验和专业技能缺乏;就业观念不务实;创业意向较低。通过对调查结果的分析,从强化实习,提高学生的工作经验和专业技能;加强职业生涯规划教育,提高学生的自我认知能力;加强就业心理辅导,帮助学生树立正确的就业观;加强创新创业教育,鼓励大学生自主创业等方面提出相应的对策。
In this thesis 589 university students＇ career plannings were investigated by questionnaire. The results show： the students think that employment circumstances is austere, and employment confidence is insufficient; the technical ability and work experience are short; the conception of employment is not businesslike and the entrepreneurial intention is lower. By analyzing the results, we put forward the corresponding countermeasures： reinforcing the practice to raise students＇ technical abilities and work experiences; sharpening career planning education to improve students＇ ego cognition; increasing guidance of employment mentality to help students set up correct concepts of employment; strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education to encourage students to start their own businesses independently.
