摘要
目的探讨药物三联疗法(尤瑞克林、丁苯酞和阿司匹林)对急性脑梗死患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及神经功能的影响。方法选取196例医院确诊并治疗的急性脑梗死患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各98例。研究组采用基础治疗联合尤瑞克林、丁苯酞和阿司匹林治疗,对照组采用基础治疗联合阿司匹林治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血清IL-6,Cys-C,TNF-α水平及神经功能评分。结果治疗前,两组患者血清IL-6,Cys-C,TNF-α水平和生活能力(mRS)评分、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者上述指标均显著性降低(P<0.05),且研究组患者明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用药物三联疗法(尤瑞克林、丁苯酞和阿司匹林)治疗急性脑梗死,能显著降低患者血清IL-6,Cys-C,TNF-α水平,改善神经功能损伤。
Objective To explore the influence of triple drug treatment( urinary kallidinogenase, butylphthalide and aspirin) in treatment of acute cerebral infarction on the serum IL- 6, Cys- C and TNF- αlevels and neurological function. Methods 196 cases of acute cerebral infarction treated in the hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group, 98 cases in each group. The study used basic treatment combined with three drug treatment( urinary kallidinogenase treatment, butylphthalide and aspirin), the control group was treated with basic treatment combined with aspirin. Serum IL- 6, Cys- C, TNF- αlevels and neurological function score before and after treatment were compared in the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in serum levels of IL- 6, TNF- αCys- C, and the score of m RS and NIHSS in the two groups before treatment( P〈0. 05). After treatment, the levels of serum IL- 6,Cys- C, and TNF- αand the score of NIHSS and m RS were significantly decreased in the two groups( P〈0. 05). The levels of serum IL- 6, TNF- α, Cys- C and the score of m RS and NIHSS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Triple drug treatment( urinary kallidinogenase, butylphthalide and aspirin) in treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly decrease the serum IL- 6, Cys- C, TNF- α levels and improve the neurological function damage.
