摘要
靖边油田十号联合站改造前的水处理工艺流程为两级重力除油+喷射诱导气浮+核桃壳过滤+纤维球过滤,含油污水处理以后注入水的水质达不到延长油田注入水的水质标准,通过对处理工艺优化和设备选型,将工艺流程优化为两级重力除油+ADAF高效气浮装置+双滤料过滤器+多介质过滤器。改造后主要水质指标中含油量≤3 mg/L,悬浮物含量≤2 mg/L,粒径中值≤2 mg/L,达到了延长油田长2层注入水水质标准,保持了注水井具有长期稳定的吸水能力。
Before technical improvement,sewage disposal process of the 10 th united station is"two-stage grease removal by gravity+spouting induction flotation+walnut shell filter+fiber- ball filtration", and the treated water quality could not meet the standard of injection water requirement. After the optimism of water process technology and reselect of disposal equipment, the process has optimized to be "two- stage grease removal by gravity + ADAF highly efficient bubble floating equipment+double material filter+multimedia filter",and the treated water quality parameters could meet the injection water standard of Chang 2 formationare in which oil content ≤ 3 mg/L、 suspended solid ≤2 mg/L、 particle median diameter ≤ 2 mg/L.Qualified injection water guarantee the water absorbing capacity of water injection wells stably in long term.
