摘要
华北油田西47站站外来液经过加热之后直接进入储罐,未经处理的含水原油拉运至联合站进行处理。西47站目前注入水为清水,造成了生产运行成本较高。为充分利用该站产出的污水和有效空间,避免新征用地,在保证处理后的水质达到指标要求的前提下,研制了一种油水配套处理装置,可减少原油拉运费用。该装置具有流程短、占地少、效率高、运行费用低、投资少等特点。应用该装置,西47站处理后的水质含油质量浓度≤5 mg/L、悬浮物质量浓度≤1 mg/L、悬浮物颗粒≤1μm,满足了该断块地层对注入水水质的要求,且每年可节约拉运费用109万元左右。
The liquid transporting to West 47 Station of HuaBei Oilfiled directly enters the storage tank after heating,and the untreated water-containing-oil is transported to the multi-purpose station processing.Meanwhile,the station is responsible for the water injection task of the block,and the injection water is clear water,resulting in high production and operation cost.In order to make full use of the sewage water and effective space produced by the station and avoid the new expropriation land,in the premise that ensuring the quality of the treated water meets the requirements of the index,an oil-water matching treatment device is developed to reduce the crude oil transportation cost.The device has the characteristics such as short flow,less land occupation,high efficiency,low operating cost and less investment.By applying the device,the treated water quality in West 47 Station is as follows:oil mass concentration is not more than 5 mg/L,suspended solid mass concentration is not more than 1 mg/L,and the diameter of suspended is not more than 1μm.These indexes meet the requirements of the fault block formation for the water quality of the injected water,saving transportation cost of 1.09 million yuan per year.
