基于保角变换的永磁偏置同极式径向磁轴承轴向电磁力计算

摘要 为了快速而准确的计算永磁偏置同极式径向磁轴承(径向磁轴承)的轴向电磁力,首先建立了径向磁轴承的磁路模型,对各个磁极与转子之间的磁位差进行了计算。采用保角变换的方法计算了径向磁轴承的端部磁场。依据电磁场的计算结果,建立了考虑齿槽效应的径向磁轴承轴向电磁力解析计算模型。建立了径向磁轴承的三维有限元仿真模型。有限元计算的结果验证了所建立的解析计算模型的有效性。 For the sake of calculating the axial force of the permanent magnetic biased homo-polar radial magnetic bearing( PMHRMB) exactly and rapidly,the magneto motive force between the stator poles and the rotor was obtained based on lumped magnetic circuit model firstly. Magnetic field distribution in the end region was obtained based on the conformal mapping method. The axial force calculation model was established with the consideration of the slotting effect. Three dimensional finite element analysis model was established in this paper. The proposed axial force calculation model was validated by the three dimension finite element analysis.
