摘要
目的研究集束护理干预对鼻内镜鼻息肉手术患者治疗依从性的影响。方法随机选择2013年5月—2015年5月来该院行鼻内镜息肉手术800例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组400例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组常规护理基础上给予集束化护理干预,观察两组护理前后患者依从性变化情况。结果观察组护理后完全依从率和不依从率分别为40.25%和3%,对照组分别为17%和22.25%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理后饮食、生活方式及用药依从性评分均显著高于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理后评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预可显著提高鼻内镜鼻息肉术后患者对服药、生活方式及饮食的依从性。
Objective To study the effect of cluster nursing intervention on the compliance in patients with endoscopic nasal polyps surgery. Methods 800 cases underwent endoscopic nasal polyps surgery in our hospital from May 2013 to May2015 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group with400 cases in each. Both groups were given the conventional nursing intervention, the observation group were additionally given cluster nursing intervention. The compliance of the two groups was observed before and after nursing. Results After nursing, compared with the control group, the observation group had higher complete compliance rate（40.25% vs 17%） and lower non-compliance rate（3% vs 22.25%） with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the scores of compliance in diet, lifestyle and medication were much higher than those before nursing in both groups with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）, moreover, the scores in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention can significantly improve the compliance in medication, lifestyle and diet in patients with endoscopic nasal polyps surgery.
