摘要
21世纪,随着科学技术的发展,信息技术的运用已经渗透到了社会的各个方面,包括高职教育。在新时代的高职教育当中,信息化的教学模式大大提高了高职课堂的有效性,而高职教师的信息化教学能力提升是职业教育信息化的关键所在。该文对高职教师信息化教学能力提升的内在需求进行了分析,提出需要从知识、能力、素质三个方面进行能力提升。并且构建了高职教师信息化教学能力的结构体系,最后提出了提升高职教师信息化教学能力的策略。
In twenty-first Century, with the development of science and technology, the information technology has been widely used in the society, including higher vocational education.In the new era of higher vocational education, the teaching mode of information technology has greatly improved the effectiveness of higher vocational education. The promotion of higher vocational teachers＇ informatization teaching ability is the key of vocational education informatization. Through internal need analyze for teachers＇ informatization teaching ability promotion, from three aspects of knowledge, ability and quality,constructing higher vocational teachers＇ teaching ability structure system, and proposing the strategy of the promotion higher vocational teachers＇ informatization teaching ability.
