基于MAGMA模拟的冷芯盒射芯质量提升

摘要 利用MAGMA模拟软件对冷芯盒充型过程进行模拟,根据模拟结果改善已制射芯模具,并且优化模具设计参数,解决了原先砂芯射不实、有虚砂以及结构复杂砂芯成型难度大的问题.最终提高了冷芯盒的射芯质量,生产出满足铸造所需的合格砂芯. Cold core box filling process has been simulated by using MAGMA simulation software, the core shooting mold has been improved based on the simulation results. And the mold design parameters have been optimized. The problems including the sand core is not tight shot, the existence of virtual sand, the forming of complex structure sand core is difficult have been solved. Finally, the core quality of the cold core box has been improved, and the qualified sand core for casting has been produced.
