摘要
介绍了利用Unigraphics(简称UG)软件设计铜金属型模具的方法,并对铸件的充型凝固过程进行数值模拟及理论分析,进一步完善模具设计参数,从而确定模具设计方案。
This paper introduces the design methods of copper metal mold for producing iron castings based on UG (Unigraphics). Numerical simulation of mold filling and solidification process for permanent mold castings are studied to optimize the die design parameters. Based on the numerical simulation results and analysis, the final die design is determined.
