摘要
汽车行业涂装废水COD和重金属含量高,难以处理,针对其特点,采用物理化学法进行化学混凝,然后进入生化系统进行处理,最后通过MBR系统出水。工程实践表明,出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中的一级标准以及《城市杂用水水质》(GBT 18920—2002)标准。
Coating wastewater discharged by automobile industry with high COD and high heavy metal ion concentration was hard to be treated. Considering its characteristics, the coating wastewater was pretreated by coagulation, men was treated by anoxic-oxic (A/O) biochemical system, which finally followed by MBR system. The engineering practice show that the effluent quality meets the first class criteria specified in Integrated wastewater discharge standard ( GB 8978-1996) and The reuse of urban recycling water'--Water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption ( GBT 18920-2002 ).
