摘要
目的建立三白灌肠液的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定了升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量。结果升麻素苷在0.045~0.375μg范围内具有良好的线性关系r=0.999;5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷在0.09~0.75μg范围内具有良好的线性关系r=0.999。结论该方法简便、精确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality Standards of San Bai enema. Mothods prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,5-O-methylvisammioside in San Bai enema were Determine by HPLC. Results The linear relationship was good when prim-O-glucosylcimifugin was at the range of 0.045~0.375 μg（r=0.999）, and 5-O-methylvisammioside was at the range of 0.09~0.75 μg（r=0.999）. Conclusion The method developed is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,and the method can be used for quality control of San Bai enema
