摘要 目的:优化防风中有效成分的提取工艺。方法:以升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷总含量为指标,分别考察超声提取法和乙醇提取法对防风有效成分提取率的影响,并优选提取工艺参数。结果:提取工艺以回流提取法最好,最佳提取工艺为:料液比为1:40(甲醇),提取时间为1.5h,提取1次,防风中升麻素苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的总提取率达到0.46%。结论:该工艺合理可行,可用于防风有效成分的提取。 Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of active constituents from Saposhnikovia divar- icata (Turcz.). Methods:Optimize the extraction technology on indexes of the total content of cimicifugoside and 4' -- O-- beta-- Glucopyranosyl -- 5-- O-- Met hylvisamminol, st udy the influence of reflux extraction and ultra- sonic extraction on the extraction efficiency of active constituents from Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz. ). Re- suits:The best method is reflux extraction and the optimal condition was as follows:The feed--liquid rate was 1 : 40 (methanol), the extraction time was 1.5h ,extraction times was once ; in this condition, the total extraction rate of cimicifugoside and 4' -- O-- beta -- Glucopyranosyl-- 5 -- O-- Methylvisamminol was 0. 4 6 %. Conclusion : The method is feasible and can be used to extract the active constituents from Saposhnikovia divaricata (Tur- cz. )
