该文对我国计划生育政策提出前后一些重要观点和认识的分析,提出应结合历史发展阶段的不同特征,正确看待我国人口政策的发展与改变。
This paper analyzes some important ideas and knowledge and on China＇s family planning policy, puts forward the characteristics of different stages of the development of history, development and change the correct view of China＇s population policy.
