摘要
目的分析健康教育在介入治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者中的效果。方法选取该院2014年7月—2015年7月收治的行介入治疗的不稳定型心绞痛患者58例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组29例。对照组患者给予常规的传统护理方法进行健康教育,实验组患者给予健康教育路径进行健康教育,对比分析两组患者的护理满意度和护理满意评分、疾病健康认知评分。结果实验组患者的护理满意度96.55%,对照组患者的护理满意度82.76%,实验组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理满意度评分(9.68±0.37)分,疾病健康认知评分(94.53±2.31)分;对照组患者的护理满意度评分(9.01±0.34)分,疾病健康认知评分(75.68±2.51)分,实验组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育可以明显提高介入治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的护理满意度,患者对于疾病健康的认知评分更高,值得临床广泛推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of health education in interventional treatment of unstable angina patients.Methods In our hospital in July 2014 to 58 cases of unstable angina patients admitted in July 2015, were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, 29 cases each. Traditional methods of care control group were treated with conventional health education, experimental group were given health education path health education, comparative analysis of two groups of patients satisfaction and nursing care satisfaction scores, disease healthy cognitive scores. Results The patient care satisfaction of 96.55% in the control group patient care satisfaction of 82.76%, the experimental group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); Experimental group patient care satisfaction scores(9.68 ±0.37)points, illness healthy cognitive scores(94.53±2.31) points; control group patient care satisfaction scores(9.01±0.34) points,illness healthy cognitive scores(75.68±2.51) points, the experimental group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Health education paths can significantly improve nursing satisfaction interventional treatment of unstable angina patients, for patients with the disease and healthy cognitive scores higher, worthy of wider promotion and application.
