对中高职贯通专业人才培养方案的制度分析 被引量:5

摘要 中高职贯通培养模式是职业教育人才培养模式的改革与创新,其独特性与创新性体现在人才培养方案之中。专业人才培养方案具有制度属性,中职学校与高职院校作为制度的行动者,在人才培养方案的制定过程中,由于双方地位与权力的不对等,以及信息的不完全与不对称,阻碍了教学计划的一体化设计以及课程内容的有效整合,而制度形成的"路径依赖"则加剧了这一现象的存在。为减少对学生利益的侵害,预防行动者的合谋而产生无效率的制度,政府要在专业人才培养方案制定过程中发挥重要作用。 The run-through cultivation pattern for secondary and higher vocational education is a kind of innovation for talent cultivation, and its novelties and features are to be reflected in the professional talent cultivation plan which is endowed with the nature of institution. The secondary and higher vocational schools are the actors of the institution, due to the asymmetry of the status and right, and the incomplete and asymmetry of the information, the integrated design of the cultivation plan and the re-structure of the teaching content are hindered, while the path dependence intensifies the situation. The institution should include the compulsory mechanism for the implementation of itself, in order to react to the act of misuse and improper implementation of the institution. To reduce the harm to the students and prevent the conspiracy of the two actors, the government should play its part in the formation of talent cultivation plan.
