摘要
从我国职业资格证书制度形成的历史背景、沿革及其现状出发,提出现阶段我国职业资格证书制度建设面临的主要问题,分析这一制度的走向,并从指导思想、政策等方面提出完善我国职业资格证书制度的建议。
Beginning with the background,development and current situation of forming the system of pro-fessional qualification certificate,the article puts forward the main problems existing in its construction,analyses its trend and puts forward some suggestions on perfecting it from aspects of guiding thought,policy and so on.
