摘要
为了解茶树过氧化氢酶(CAT)基因的相关信息,以茶树叶片为原始材料,克隆获得茶树CsCAT基因全长,并进行生物信息学分析。结果表明:茶树CsCAT基因cDNA全长1682bp,完整的开放阅读框(ORF)长度为1479bp,共编码492个氨基酸。生物信息学分析显示:CAT蛋白分子量为56.81kD,理论等电点(pI)6.78,总平均疏水系数为-0.546,预测亚细胞定位于过氧化物酶体,为稳定的酸性亲水蛋白。茶树CAT氨基酸序列与棉花、毛果杨、胡麻的相似性分别为93%、92%、91%。
In order to know about genes of tea tree catalase,a Cs CAT gene was cloned and analyzed bio- informatically using leaves of tea trees. The results show that the length of Cs CAT gene c DNA is 1 682 bp,the complete length of open read frame( ORF)is 1 479 bp,encoding 492 amino acids. Bioinformatics analysis shows that the protein molecular mass is 56.81 kD,isoelectric point( p I) is 6.78,and total average dewatering coefficient is-0.546. It is estimated that subcellular fraction lies in peroxysome,being a stable acidic hydrophilic protein. The similarity of tea trees' CAT amino acid sequence to cotton,western balsam poplar and flax are93%,92% and 91% respectively.
