活性氧调控炎症诱发肿瘤机制的研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 大量基础和临床研究表明,由生物、物理、化学因素以及自身免疫疾病导致的炎症反应与肿瘤的发病密切相关。流行病学资料也证实炎症与肿瘤之间存在明显关联性,是导致肿瘤的重要危险因素。氧化应激与炎症紧密相连,炎症可导致氧化应激,氧化应激亦可引发炎症。在致癌因素和致炎因素刺激下,机体会生成大量活性氧(ROS),如果无法及时清除,便可能造成周围组织细胞的DNA损伤和恶性转化。本文阐述了ROS参与调控慢性炎症诱发肿瘤的可能机制及最新研究进展,以期为肿瘤的预防和治疗提供新的思路。
