摘要
目的探讨高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T、心肌酶与心电图检测在手足口病患儿感染中的应用。方法选取200例儿童手足口病患儿设为研究组，200名健康儿童设为对照组。对两组被试进行高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T、心肌酶及心电图检测分析。结果研究组血清高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T、心肌酶的水平以及异常率均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），心电图的ST-T改变、早搏、异位心动、传导阻滞异常率均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。研究组心电图正常者高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T异常率为26．3％，高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T正常者心电图异常率为4．1％。结论高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T、心肌酶以及心电图的检测可以有效判断儿童手足口病患儿的心肌受损情况，具有良好的应用前景。
Objective To explore the application of high sensitive cardiac troponin T （hs-cTnT）, myocardial enzymes （ME） and ECG detection in of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods A total of 200 HFMD children were assigned to research group and 200 healthy ones to control group. The hs-cTnT, ME and ECG were detected and analyzed in children of both groups. Results The hs-cTnT and ME levels and abnormal rate were significantly higher in research than in control group （P^0.05）, so were the abnormal rates of ECG ST-T changes, premature beat, paroxysmal tachycardia and conduction block （P^0.05）. The abnormal rate of the hs-cTnT was 26.3 ~ in children with normal ECG in research group and that of ECG 4.1% in ones with normal hs-cTnT. Conclusion The hs-cTnT, ME and ECG detection could effec- tively judge myocardial damage of HFMD children and have a favorable application prospect.
