摘要
文章分析了实心橡胶走行轮悬挂式单轨车辆的结构特点,建立了实心橡胶走行轮的力学模型。运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对悬挂式单轨车辆实心橡胶走行轮的径向静刚度进行了研究分析;通过走行轮径向变形量与径向静载荷的关系,得出了走行轮的径向静刚度随径向变形量的变化趋势以及走行轮径向静载荷的极限值。
This paper analyzes the structure characteristics of suspension monorail vehicles with solid rubber running wheels, and founds the mechanics model of the solid rubber running wheels. In order to make analysis on the static radial stiffness of the solid rubber running wheel, this paper uses ANSYS finite element software to build FE model to handle it. From the magnitude relationship between the deformation quantity of the solid rubber running wheels and the static radial load, this paper obtains the result: static radial stiffness trends with increasing deformation, and the radial load extreme limit of the solid rubber running wheel.
