摘要
随着人类社会从工业经济时代进入到知识经济时代,传统的企业管理模式与管理观念已越来越不适应提升我国高技术企业核心竞争力的战略举措。文中正是基于上述现实与理论背景,以实际案例S公司为例,通过调研客户与内部研发人员反映的问题与需求的角度,探讨影响高技术企业S公司发展的外在因素与内在动力,然后以知识管理的视角对公司的成长背景、业务流程、内在动力和组织绩效进行分析,有针对性的提出该公司研发模式、内部沟通机制、组织架构、知识资本管理及保障机制等方面的策略和方法,以期能丰富知识管理应用到企业成长理论及针对性的实施,为高新技术企业建立促进组织知识增长、持续的核心价值和竞争优势提供建议性参考。
With the human society stepping from the industrial economy era into the knowledge one, the traditional enterprise management modes and management concepts have become more and more inadequate for the strategic initiatives of enhancing the core competitiveness of China's high-tech enterprises. Just based on the above reality and theoretical background, this paper, , taking S company as an example and through surveying the problems and demands reflected by customers and the internal R & D personnel, explores the external factors and internal motivations that affect the development of the high-tech S company, and then analyzes the company's growth background, business process, internal power and organizational performance from the knowledge management perspective and puts forward some targeted strategies and methods for the company's R & D mode, internal communication mechanism, organizational structure, knowledge capital management and protection mechanism. This paper aims at enriching the theory of applying the knowledge management in the company growth and the targeted implementation, and providing a suggested reference for high-tech enterprises to construct and promote organizational knowledge growth, sustainable core value and competitive advantages.
