摘要
文章指出,组织的知识创新能力成为持续竞争力的最重要的来源,而创新存在于知识转化的过程中,对于组织知识转化的研究有利于加快创新的力度。
The ability of knowledge innovation has become the source of the sustain competitive advantage, but the innovation is result from the knowledge conversion process. So the study of the knowledge conversion is propitious to speed up the innovation.
