摘要
目的评价牙弓夹板用于急诊外伤脱位牙再植术后固定的效果。方法急诊外伤脱位牙患者60例,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各30例,两组都给予脱位牙再植治疗,然后对照组采用方丝片段弓技术进行固定,治疗组采用牙弓夹板进行固定。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为76.7%,治疗组的总疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后随访6个月,治疗组的美观度与舒适度得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),牙齿松动度明显好于对照组(P<0.05);两组固定质量对比无明显差异。结论相对于方丝片段弓技术,牙弓夹板用于急诊外伤脱位牙再植术后固定的效果更好,能取得更好的固定与美观效果,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of dental arch splint applied to emergency traumatic avulsed tooth replantation.Methods 60 cases of emergency traumatic avulsed teeth were divided into treatment and control groups with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were given avulsed tooth replantation. Then, the control group was treated by square wire segmental arch technique for the fixation, while the treatment group was treated by dental arch splint for the fixation. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%, and that of the control group was 76.7%. The effective rate of the former group was significantly superior to that of the latter group（P〈0.05）. The follow-up was made for 6 months after the treatment. The scores of aesthetics and comfort in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The tooth mobility degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the fixation quality between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with square wire segmental arch technique, the application of dental arch splint to the fixation after emergency traumatic avulsed tooth replantation can achieve better fixation and aesthetic effects, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
