摘要
目的研究玻璃纤维带+流动树脂弹性固定夹板固定在牙齿外伤中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月~2020年1月我院收录的100例外伤致牙齿松动与未完全脱落的牙外伤患者,采用随机数字分组法分为对照组52例和观察组48例,其中对照组使用传统牙弓夹板进行固定治疗,观察组采用玻璃纤维带+流动树脂弹性固定夹板进行治疗,两组患者均进行为期18个月的术后观察,对比两组患者的牙齿治疗效果以及牙周情况和满意度。结果两组治疗效果最终有效率分别为:对照组80.76%,观察组95.83%,对照组高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组改良龈沟出血指数、牙龈乳头指数和改良菌斑指数评分均低于治疗前,且观察组各项评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的满意度评分综合评分为对照组(6.81±1.86)分,观察组(7.92±1.76)分,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维带+流动树脂弹性固定夹板的治疗方式相比传统治疗方式来说对牙外伤患者的治疗效果更显著,术后对于口腔内部的清洁更方便,外表更美观,维护更简易,值得进行临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of glass fiber band+flow resin elastic fixation splint fixation in dental trauma.Methods A total of 100 patients with dental trauma due to tooth loosening and incomplete loss caused by trauma ad⁃mitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=52)and an observation group(n=48).The control group was treated with traditional dental arch splint and the observation group was treated with glass fiber band+flow resin elastic fixation splint.Both groups were observed for 18 months after operation.The dental treatment effect,periodontal conditions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The final effective rate of treatment effect was 80.76%in the control group and 95.83%in the observation group,higher in the control group than in the observation group(P<0.05).The scores of modified gingival sulcus bleeding index,gingi⁃val papilla index and modified plaque index in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The com⁃prehensive score of satisfaction score after treatment in the two groups was(6.81±1.86)in the control group and(7.92±1.76)in the observation group,higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of clear glass fiber band+flow resin elastic fixation splint is more effective than the general treatment for patients with dental trauma.It is more convenient for the cleaning of oral cavity after operation,with more beautiful appearance and simpler maintenance.It is worthy of being widely popularized in the clinical application.
