摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对多人间病房患者的影响。方法选择某院心内科2014年8月～2015年5月收治的300名患者，分别安排住入多人间A病房和B病房，其中150名患者安排在A病房作为对照组，另外150名患者安排在B病房作为观察组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施舒适护理，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS），自制满意度调查表，比较两组患者满意度、睡眠质量、SAS评分及护患纠纷率。结果两组患者满意度、睡眠质量、SAS评分存在显著差异（P〈0．05），观察组护患纠纷率低于对照组。结论舒适护理在多人间病房患者中的应用能减少护理纠纷，提高患者满意度，改善患者的睡眠质量，减轻焦虑程度，值得在临床上进一步推广。
Objective To discuss the influence of comfortable nursing on patients in nmltiple bedded rooms. Meth- ods 300 patients that had been hospitalized in a hospital from August 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the objectives of the study and they were separately arranged into multiple bedded room A and muhiple bedded room B. One hundred and fifty patients were arranged into room A, being taken as the control group, and the other 150 patients were arranged into room B, being taken as the observation group. Patients in the control group were given regular nursing and patients in the observation group were given comfortable nursing. Self- rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self- made satisfying degree questionnaire were adopted to compare the satisfying degree, sleep quality, SAS scores and nurse - patient disputes. Results The satisfying de- gree, sleep quality and SAS scores of patients from two groups had significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the nurse - patient disputes of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in multiple bedded rooms can reduce nursing disputes, improve patients＇ satisfying degree, improve sleep quality of patients, and reduce anxiety degree, so it is worthy promoting on clinical.
